TRAVEL BASKETBALL TRYOUTS
LAA travel basketball tryouts will be held the week of October 24th. This year LAA will have six travel basketball teams, 4th and 7th grade girls' teams, 2 6th grade boys' teams, and a 7th and 8th grade boys teams. All teams will have one tryout expect the 6th grade boys who will have two tryouts because there will be two teams. Your child will will be permitted to tryout unless he or she is registered to play LAA Basketball and had paid the $115 fee. All tryouts will be held at Maple Point Middle School. The schedule is as follows:
Monday October 24th
7th Grade Boys from 7 to 8:30 pm (Head Coach Bill Beck bbisnphilly@gmail.com)
Tues October 25th
7th Grade Girls from 7 to 8:15 pm (Head Coach Maria Morano mmorano@heritgabuildinggroup.com)
8th Grade Boys from 8:15-9:30 pm (Head Coach Todd Nelson toddnelson@live.com
Wed October 26th
6th Grade Boys from 7 to 8:30 pm (Head Coach (A) Brian Everett beverett@dow.com and Head Coach (B) Sean Campbell sean@edisonballroom.com)
***All 6th grade boys must attend this tryout. If a player is not selected for the A team, he will return for a second and final tryout for the B team on Saturday, 10/29***.
4th Grade Girls from 7 to 8:30 pm (Head Coach Tom Sciotti413@hotmail.com)
Saturday October 29th
The 6th Grade B team will have a second tryout at a time that will be announced at the first tryout on Wednesday, 10/26.
